ZM11 Straight Line Edger and Polishing Processing Machine for Glass or Ceramic
General description
1.ZM11 is suitable for processing straight-line edge & 45°arrises of glass sheet with various size and thickness.
2.Rough grinding, fine grinding and polishing can be processed at one time, and the speed can be adjusted by stepless variable speed motor, or the frequency conversion motor can be adjusted and adjusted conveniently.
3.Glass thicknesses is adjusted by a inverter and showed on a digital display/ montior.
4.A special design of the in-feed section for controlling the desired amount of glass removal without adjusting each spindle individually.
5.Independent felt wheel and the cerium water recirculation system make the flat edge more shining.
6.Input and output conveyor adopt timing belt which can improve the transmission precision.
7.It is easy to operate and has good performance.
8.Option: Manual, digital display, PLC with pneumatic polishing.

Remark: when the glass passes through the grinding wheel in turn, it can complete the process from rough grinding to fine grinding.
The polishing wheel can polish more transparent glass, and the bottom edge after polishing is close to the mother's finish.
