SM26 Glass straight-line Double Edging Machine

1.General Description:
This glass double straight edge grinding machine is an economic, practical, efficient glass deep processing
equipment, which is improved by our company on the basis of the existing models according to the market
and customer needs. This machine can complete the rough grinding, fine grinding, polishing, etc. of flat glass
two straight edges. The machine adopts pneumatic positioning and synchronous belt transmission. It can
position fast and accurate and it has stable transmission, which can operate without abnormal noise. The
grinding of glass width is adjusted by the ball screw, which is accurate. The machine is adjusted by frequency
converter and monitoredby the encoder. It adopts the advanced PLC control system and its processing
parameters can be set in advance and can be displayed by the man-machine interface. In addition, the input
and modify the parameters are intuitive, convenient and have high degree of automation.

Applications:
This Glass Double Edging Machine Line , Flat Glass Double Edger With Turning Table Conveyor is used
for grinding various kind of flat glass, such as structural glass, (Architecture glass, building glass), BIPV
glass, PV curtain wall glass, glazed window, glazed door etc. grinding and polishing the double straight
line flat edges and chamfering the upper and lower arris of the glass at one time, which requires high
dimensional precision and polishing precision.
 
Description:
The edging production line is beginning on 1# edging machine, and the transfer table is automatically turned to
the long side of the 2# machine grinding machine. The processing speed is 1-20m/min.
PLC control system to set the processing parameters through the monitor interface to complete the processing
at one time. The stable and solid base structure contribute to precise and fast width adjustment system. The
main transmission adopted timing belt (Italian branded) and is equipped with variable frequency motor speed
control. Under modular designconcept, the double straight edge machine can be equipped with enhanced
polishing and low e deletion devices. The polishing spindles can be selected pneumatic polishing or automatic
feeding polish which improving the polishing quality and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
